Taust ja väljakutse
Kühne + Nagel on kontsern, millel on umbes 81 000 töötajat umbes 1300 asukohas enam kui 100 riigis. Keskus toetab ülemaailmseid logistikateenuseid, panustades digiarendusse ja IT-lahendustesse.
Projekti tulemusena loodi Kühne + Nagelile tööandja lugu, väärtuspakkumine, tegevuskava, töötajate fotod ning karjäärileht, mis aitavad tugevdada nii organisatsiooni sisemist kui välist kuvandit.
Lahendus
Tööandja brändingu loomine hõlmas mitut olulist sammu:
- Tööandja loo loomine – Kaardistasime Kühne + Nageli unikaalsed tugevused ja vormisime neist kõnetava tööandja loo, mis peegeldab organisatsiooni olemust, missiooni ja väärtusi.
- Väärtuspakkumise sõnastamine – Määratlesime, mis teeb Kühne + Nagelist erilise tööandja ning miks võiksid just nemad olla atraktiivne valik nii noortele talentidele kui kogenud spetsialistidele.
- Tegevuskava loomine – Töötasime välja praktilise ja sihipärase tegevusplaani, mis aitab tööandja brändingu elluviimist süsteemselt ja järjepidevalt toetada.
- Karjäärilehe loomine – Kujundasime spetsiaalse karjäärilehe, mis tutvustab Kühne + Nagelit tööandjana ning aitab potentsiaalsetel kandidaatidel organisatsiooni paremini tundma õppida.
- Visuaalse identiteedi tugevdamine – Korraldasime professionaalse pildistamise, et luua kaasaegsed ja autentsed fotod.
