The Employer Brand of Fifaa Group

The goal was to have a uniform employer brand across the group, which is recognizable and would appeal to young people.

In addition to the visual side, the goal was to formulate the value proposition, the employer’s story and the employer’s slogan.
We also wanted to find among our employee brand ambassadors and spokespersons. Give them the tools to tell their company’s story as their own
among employees as well as among potential job seekers.

Steps:
Preliminary activities, audit, definition of target groups, comparative analysis, internal survey, external survey, focus group interviews, strategy day, working group meetings, creation of the employer’s story/value proposition/slogan, creation of the employer’s visual language, including job advertisements, banners, posts, pictures, videos, career page, action plan.
