Who are we?
We are pioneers in the field of employer branding in Estonia and have been operating for over 16 years!
We want Estonian organizations to be recognized as attractive employers in the world. We help organizations to be sustainably successful by being able to retain and find more suitable employees.
We offer complete solutions for employer branding, starting with current situation mapping studies, strategy and brand creation, up to its activation. We create various visual and digital outputs and offer communication solutions and training.
In addition, since 2010, we have been working on Estonia’s longest-term job expectations and employers’ attractiveness survey, and we recognize Estonia’s most attractive employers with a quality label. Starting in 2018, we recognize outstanding employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts at the VTA Kickoff recognition event.
Instar, as the representative of Estonia, belongs to the European Association of Employer Branding Agencies since 2020.
