The Employer Brand of The Ministry of Education and Research

An employer brand was created for the Ministry of Education and Research using the Instar methodology. In addition, the visual language was updated, which tended to look different in different materials. The challenge was to stay within the framework developed and justified by the ministries, to bring out the distinctive features of the Ministry of Education and Science while navigating within the framework, and to differentiate from other ministries in visual materials.

During the employer brand project, an action plan, slogan, employer story and value proposition were created.

We furnished the career page with employer videos and employee stories.
