The most attractive employers in Estonia
Since 2010, Instar regularly conducts Estonia’s largest job expectations and employer reputation survey among target groups of experienced employees and future generations. The survey sample consists of 6,000 respondents from Estonian universities, vocational schools and people with work experience. During the survey, respondents evaluate their expectations for employers, information and information channels. In addition, the attractiveness of Estonia’s largest and most important employers as a workplace is evaluated. Every year, the rankings of the most attractive employers in Estonia, which have become an important performance measure for Estonian employers, are published on our website. The most successful employers are recognized with the Attractive Employer badge of honor, which is presented on the Attractive Employer Day in September.
