Every year in September, we summarize the results of the largest job expectations survey on the Day of Attractive Employers, where we present the much-anticipated fresh results of the 2022 job expectations survey (experienced employees, students and vocational school students) and hand out letters of honor to Estonia’s most attractive employers!

In cooperation with CV-Online, Instar organizes a recruitment and employer branding competition every year in the spring, with the aim of recognizing outstanding, successful recruitment and employer branding acts in Estonia that speak to target groups. In the course of the competition, recruitment and employer branding campaigns, videos, new job advertisements, creative solutions, etc. that caught the eye of the past year are nominated.
In the middle of summer, when most people are already on vacation, Instar likes to invite people interested in HR and who care about organizational culture to a Summer Seminar to discuss burning topics in a more relaxed atmosphere. All this still in free form, accompanied by summer cocktails and small snacks. The cooperation partners of the event have been CV-Online and Bravest.
