Hi! I’m Liisbet – Instar‘s new trainee!

It is a great pleasure for me to start my internship period at Instar. I am very much looking forward to the experiences and challenges this journey will bring me. I see the internship as an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, applying the knowledge learned at the University in the field of work.

In choosing an internship position, I wanted to find a company where professionalism and human-centered activities go hand in hand. Instar‘s previous projects, clear mission and overall energy immediately made an inspiring impression on me. I felt that it was here that I could test my knowledge.

I am a 22-year-old sociology student at Tallinn University and have just finished the second year of my undergraduate studies. I chose sociology because I am interested in questions about the behavior of people, the functioning of society and the influence of social phenomena – I like to make sense of why the world works the way it works. The internship provides an opportunity to see all this from the perspective of the world of work.

In my free time, I like to work out in the gym, engage in content creation, bake and spend time with my loved ones.  From internships, I look forward to the opportunity to practically apply my knowledge, acquire new skills and get to know the field in depth. I also hope for new experiences that will contribute to my future career. I am open to learning, willing to contribute and very excited about everything to come. I want to make the most of this experience.
