Employee experience and well-being have always been close to my heart. In the past, I’ve led satisfaction surveys, helped design onboarding programs, and actively contributed to employer branding. I like to think that every company is only as strong as its satisfied and motivated employees. I believe that when organizations understand the expectations and needs of their people, they can create environments where employees feel valued and want to do their best.
I joined Instar because this company works on exactly the kind of topics that truly inspire me. I’m drawn to Instar’s data-driven and practical approach – research that goes beyond just numbers and helps employers make informed and positive changes. I’m excited to be part of a process that helps companies better understand their current and future employees and create environments where people want to work and grow.
