The Magnet Employer Branding Awards Estonia

The Magnet Employer Branding Awards is a competition focused on creativity, communication, strategy, and impact. Its goal is to recognize the best employer branding initiatives and professionals in Estonia and to foster a strong knowledge-sharing community.

Organizations can submit nominations in eight award categories. The winners will be celebrated at an award ceremony on March 12, 2025, where employer branding specialists and enthusiasts will come together to share insights and learn from one another.

Magnet Talks is a series of events that highlights the work of award winners, current topics in employer branding, and new insights. Our aim is to keep the knowledge-sharing community active and maintain the vibrancy of the employer branding field in Estonia throughout the year.

Magnet Talks #2: May 28, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:00
Magnet Talks #3: November 12, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:30

Day of Attractive Employers

In September, the most anticipated event for attractive employers will take place, where we unveil the results of the largest job expectations survey. At the Attractive Employers Day, which gathers around 140 participants, we will present the highly awaited fresh survey results (experienced employees, university students, and vocational school students) and hand out certificates to Estonia’s most attractive employers!

The 16th Attractive Employers Day will take place on September 3, 2025.

The event has received media coverage over the years. In recent years, it has been covered by ERR, TV3, and Kanal2. The event brings together representatives from both the public and private sectors—mainly HR managers alongside CEOs.

Recruitment Marketing Awards KICKOFF

In cooperation with CV-Online, Instar organizes a recruitment and employer branding competition every year in the spring, with the aim of recognizing outstanding, successful recruitment and employer branding acts in Estonia that speak to target groups. In the course of the competition, recruitment and employer branding campaigns, videos, new job advertisements, creative solutions, etc. that caught the eye of the past year are nominated.

Summer Seminar

In the middle of summer, when most people are already on vacation, Instar likes to invite people interested in HR and who care about organizational culture to a Summer Seminar to discuss burning topics in a more relaxed atmosphere. All this still in free form, accompanied by summer cocktails and small snacks. The cooperation partners of the event have been CV-Online and Bravest.
