Since 2010, Instar has conducted Estonia’s largest job expectations and employer reputation survey. Starting in 2024, we expanded our research to cover all Baltic states, and from 2025, the survey also includes Finland. Today, our research sample has grown to approximately 10,000 respondents, including students from universities and vocational schools as well as experienced professionals.

During the survey, respondents evaluate their expectations for employers, communication channels, and the attractiveness of the region’s employers. Every year, we publish the rankings of the most attractive employers, which have become a vital performance measure for organizations. The most successful employers are recognized with the Attractive Employer quality badge, presented annually at the Attractive Employer Day in Autumn.
